honestly craving something tangy so badly in this first trimester. saw the hajmola in my bag n stopped myself. is it okay to have one or two? anyone had it while pregnant?
Because I had to watch my food closely, I would say have it rarely, not regularly. They can have sugar and salt. If you have any BP or sugar concerns, ask your doctor before, otherwise an occasional one is generally fine.
A small one now and then is okay ma, no need to feel guilty. But dont depend on it daily for digestion, eat light fresh food instead. If digestion is really troubling you, mention it to your gynac.
An occasional one is fine, I had it sometimes too. But dont make it a daily habit, those have a fair bit of salt and additives. Moderation is the key, like with most cravings.
Yaar a little hajmola once in a while is okay, lot of us crave it actually. Just dont go overboard eating the whole bottle, it has salt and stuff. If you have acidity or BP issues, better check with doc first.
