Im only 6 weeks and suddenly craving street style hakka noodles like crazy. But worried about the masala and ajinomoto and all in early days. Is it ok occasionally or better to skip?
Once in a while is fine, just prefer homemade or a clean restaurant over street stall in early pregnancy. Load it with veggies and go easy on the ajinomoto and excess sauces. Dont make it a regular meal though, it is not very nutritious.
Honestly Hakka noodles cravings hit me hard haha. I had them occasionally, made at home with extra veggies. Just dont go overboard on the spicy oily ones daily, balance it out.
Yaar an occasional plate is okay, I had it sometimes during craving. Actually I just made it at home so the veggies and oil were clean. Outside roadside ka thoda avoid karo in early months, hygiene ka issue na.
