Im about 7 weeks and craving something sweet, gud feels like a better option than sugar to me. But i read jaggery is heaty so now im second guessing in early pregnancy. Is it okay to have a little daily?
Jaggery is healthier than sugar but it still raises blood sugar, so I had to limit it a lot. If you have any sugar concern, check the amount with your doctor. In small quantity its generally fine for iron.

Haan gud is fine and good for iron na, my mom gave it to me daily in early months. Just dont eat too much, a small piece is enough. Better than refined sugar honestly.
