Jamun season is here and im craving them so badly, first trimester chal raha hai. My MIL said something about not eating in early days but didnt give a clear answer. Is it actually fine to have? pls share.
Jamun actually helped me since it is good for blood sugar, my dietician approved it. But keep the quantity moderate. If you have any sugar issues definitely ask your doctor about portions.
Oh I craved jamun so much in season haha, that purple tongue and all. Had it in small amounts, never any problem. Seasonal fruits in limit are such a treat.
