Someone got kalakand from a shop and im really craving it but suddenly got confused if mithai like this is ok now. Im in my 2nd trimester. Anyone had it during pregnancy?
Aww sweet cravings are so real during this time, I totally get it. I used to cry for sweets in my second trimester! Honestly, just go ahead and eat a piece if u feel like, it makes the heart so happy. Just don't overdo it, enjoy this beautiful phase na.
Yes absolutely you can eat it, why not! Kalakand is basically paneer and milk, which is good only. I ate so many sweets during my pregnancy and had a completely normal delivery. Bas hygiene ka thoda dhyan rakhna and enjoy!
Oh god I had this exact same doubt in my first trimester! I was literally searching everything on Google and got so anxious. Just make sure it is from a super clean, trusted shop and not old sweet. Thoda craving is totally fine but dont eat too much sweet ok.
Actually, sweet is fine but since it's milk based, please be very careful about where u buy it. I had some infection issues during my pregnancy so my gynac strictly told me to avoid open sweets from outside. Better to check with your doctor once or make it at home safely.
Haha if we couldn't eat kalakand then half of Indian babies would be born angry! Honestly eat it, just dont finish the whole box in one sitting though it is very tempting. Baby is also probably demanding sweet, so give them a little treat!
