My mom made lauki sabzi and juice both and im honestly not a big fan but she insists its very healthy now. Anyone else having lauki regularly in pregnancy? Just want to know if its actually recommended.
Cooked lauki is totally safe and easy on the stomach, i had it weekly. One thing, never drink lauki juice if it tastes bitter, that part is risky. Cooked sabzi is the safe way.
Lauki is very light and good for digestion, i ate it a lot calmly through my pregnancy. My mother made lauki sabzi and even juice sometimes. Just always taste the juice first, if it is bitter throw it away.
