mom keeps making lauki sabzi for me almost daily saying its light and good. i honestly cant stand the taste but want to know if it actually helps in pregnancy before i complain more.

Haan beta lauki is very good, easy to digest and keeps you light. In our time we gave lauki ki sabzi and juice. Bas fresh wali lo, kabhi kabhi karwi nikalti hai toh mat khana.
