Craving maggi so badly these days, its the only thing i feel like eating sometimes. Im in my 8th month now. Is it ok to have it once in a while or should i totally avoid? Tell me im not the only one craving this.
Once in a while is fine but its basically refined flour and salt, so not great regularly. I added egg and spinach to make it a little better. If you have BP or swelling issues, check with your doctor first.
Ohh the maggi craving is so real yaar, I get it. I had it occasionally, just added veggies and didnt make it a daily thing. Treat once in a while is okay na, just dont overdo the masala.
