Haha, yes you can, but don't make it a daily habit! With twins, I had crazy cravings and ate it sometimes, just threw in lots of peas and carrots to pretend it was a healthy salad!
Honestly, during my early pregnancy, Maggi was the only thing I could digest without throwing up. After my C-section, I realized how important nutrition is for healing, so try to add lots of veggies or an egg to it to make it healthier.
While having it once in a while is fine, Maggi has a lot of MSG and preservatives which might not be great for the baby. I always checked with my gynac before eating packaged foods. It's better to ask your doctor if it's fine for you, especially in the first trimester.
Honestly, in my first trimester, Maggi was my absolute best friend because I was too tired to cook anything else! Now that I am sleep-deprived with a newborn, I still eat it, haha. Just eat it in moderation and don't feel guilty about it.
