Its mango season and im craving aamras so badly in my first trimester. My mom says go ahead but my sister told me to be careful with the sugar. is fresh mango juice ok to have?

I love mango but with GD I had to be careful, juice spikes sugar fast since it has no fiber. If your sugar is normal, a small glass occasionally is fine. Eating the actual fruit in moderation is better than juice though.
Fresh mango juice is fine in moderation, prefer homemade over the packaged sugary ones. Dont guzzle litres of it daily, the sugar adds up. A glass now and then is totally okay.
Yaar mango juice was my biggest craving, I lived for it in summer. I had it but fresh and homemade, not too many glasses a day. Enjoy it, just keep the sugar in check honestly.
