Mornings are tough with the nausea so im trying to find something quick and light to eat. The packet masala oats are easy but i dont know if all those flavour things are okay now. Anyone having them regularly?
Yes and honestly it was my go to quick breakfast when I had no time. Oats are good, fibre keeps constipation away. Just go easy on the masala packet salt, I used to add my own veggies to make it healthier.
Oats themselves are great, good fibre and keeps sugar steadier than maida stuff. Only watch the packet ones, some have lots of salt and additives. I'd add fresh veggies and use less of the masala mix. Plain or homemade masala is better.
Haan you can, and you can jazz it up so its actually tasty, add veggies, a bit of ghee, some pepper. I survived many lazy days on masala oats during pregnancy. Just dont overdo the salty packet.
Totally fine to eat. Oats are filling and good for digestion in pregnancy. Just dont rely only on instant packets, throw in some sabzi and have it fresh. Easy and healthy option.
