We eat methi sabzi and methi paratha a lot at home and i love it. But my MIL warned me to avoid it now that im expecting. Im in 2nd trimester, is it really something to skip?
In normal cooked amounts methi is fine, I had methi paratha and sabzi often. Just dont go overboard with methi seeds in huge quantity. As a regular sabzi its good and full of iron.
Beta, methi ka saag in normal cooking is fine and good for the blood. We just avoided eating it in very large medicinal amounts. Cooked in food, no problem, but ask your doctor if you ever plan big quantities.
Methi is actually good and it can help with sugar, I had it cooked normally. Just in regular food amounts, not concentrated seed water without asking. For me it fit fine in my diet plan.
