I love adding pudina to my food and sometimes have mint tea when im feeling nauseous. Now im wondering if its actually fine in pregnancy. Heard mixed things about it. anyone else having mint regularly?
Yes mint in normal food amounts is fine and actually helps with nausea and gas. I used fresh pudina in chutney and buttermilk. Just dont go overboard with concentrated mint oils or supplements.
Beta pudina is good for digestion, we always added it to food. A little pudina water helped me with acidity in my days. Just keep it light, as a flavour not as medicine.
