Im 10 weeks and craving a proper masala omelette in the morning, but my MIL keeps saying egg is too garam during pregnancy. Honestly i just want something filling that i can actually keep down. Anyone eating eggs regularly, is it fine if fully cooked?
Yes but make sure the egg is fully cooked, no runny yolk during pregnancy. A well cooked omelette is a great protein source. I had it for breakfast so many days.
I lived on omelettes during pregnancy honestly, with lots of veggies thrown in. So filling and tasty. Just make sure its cooked well, no half done eggs yaar.
Omelette was actually great for me coz protein didnt spike my sugar like bread did. Just cook it properly all the way through. If you add cheese or extra oil keep it light, otherwise its a solid choice.
