Better to make it at home actually, comes cheaper and you know the paneer is fresh. Outside ka sometimes the paneer is old and gives acidity. Home grilled is safe and easy.
Paneer toh achha hai beta, protein milta hai. Bas ghar ka taza paneer use karna and dont eat it too spicy, heartburn ho jaata hai pregnancy mein. Thoda dahi saath le lena.
