You can definitely have it but try to choose whole wheat pasta instead of maida. My doctor told me that white flour can spike blood sugar and cause constipation, which is already a nightmare. Also, make sure the veggies are washed properly.
Eat it ghar pe instead of ordering from expensive cafes, trust me we need to save every penny for the delivery charges and baby shopping later. I bought whole wheat pasta pack from D-Mart and made it myself with lots of veggies. Super cheap and healthy.
I'm not a doctor so please ask your gynac if you have specific diet restrictions. But personally, I ate red sauce pasta twice a week and had absolutely no issues. Just made sure it was freshly cooked at home.
Eat whatever you want right now, because once the baby comes you won't even get time to chew your food! I barely get to drink warm tea these days. Just enjoy your hot pasta while u can.
Honestly, when I had severe morning sickness, pasta was one of the few things that didn't make me throw up. If your stomach can handle it, please go ahead and eat. Sometimes we just need whatever we can digest.
Yes u can, but maybe pair it with a light walk after eating to help digestion. I always do a 15 min gentle walk after carb-heavy meals because my doctor allowed light movement. It really helps prevent that heavy, bloated feeling.
Haha i think my baby is made of 50% white sauce pasta at this point! I craved it almost every weekend and just went for it. Just don't eat the whole pot alone, though honestly I almost did.
Pasta is totally fine, just make sure any cheese you use is pasteurized. Homemade is always best because outside food might have too much sodium or stale ingredients. Have it in moderation and enjoy.
Ah now even I want pasta, the cravings are so real. Are you guys eating cheesy pasta or sticking to basic tomato ones? I'm in my 5th month and constantly hungry.
This is so good to know, I am hoping to conceive soon and was worried if we have to stop eating all these tasty foods. Nice to see so many positive replies here.
