Im in my second trimester and craving dry fruits a lot these days. We have a big box of pista at home and i keep snacking but then i started wondering if its too much heat or something. Pls share if u ate it during ur pregnancy.
Beta nuts are always considered good for the baby. We used to soak almonds and pista overnight, makes them lighter to digest. But har cheez thodi maatra mein theek hai, dont eat the whole packet at once.
Pista is healthy but watch the salted ones, too much salt is not great. I had sugar issue in pregnancy so my dietician told me unsalted nuts in small portion. Soaked ones are easier on the tummy actually.
Haan eat na, pista is good for u. Dont overthink food so much yaar, a small mutthi daily is perfect. I used to snack on them when hunger hit between meals.
Yes pista is totally fine, my amma used to give me a handful of nuts every morning. Just keep the quantity small since they are a bit heavy. My gynac also said dry fruits are good in pregnancy.
Pista has good protein and fats so it actually helps. I keep a small box with almonds and pista for my evening snack. Just dont go for the heavily fried salted packets.
