I keep a small bowl of pista for evening snacks since im trying to eat healthy now. Just want to know if having them everyday is okay or too much. Pls share ur experience.
Pista is good but a bit costly na. I mixed a few with cheaper nuts like peanuts and dates to keep it affordable. Nutrition wise it works out the same honestly.
My mother in law used to give me soaked almonds and pista every morning, said it's good for the baby. A small handful is perfect. They are healthy, just dont eat a huge amount in one go.
Yes pista is great in pregnancy, full of good fats and protein. I kept a small bowl of mixed nuts and ate a handful daily. Just go easy if you're watching salt, pick the unsalted ones.
