I enjoy munching on pistachios, and I heard nuts are good for you. But I'm also worried if they are 'garam' for the baby. Is it okay for me to eat pistachios during pregnancy?
I totally understand how we overthink every single thing we eat during this beautiful phase! Yes dear, pistas are absolutely safe and so good for the baby. Just have a small handful daily, it really helps with energy.
I just had my baby last month, and honestly, I ate pistas almost every day. My gynac told me they are great for protein and healthy fats. Just keep the quantity moderate, like 5-10 daily.
Pista is totally fine yaar, actually it's super healthy. I used to munch on them during my evening cravings instead of junk. Just don't buy the heavily salted ones, normal plain ones are best.
Currently in my 3rd trimester and sitting with a bowl of pistas right now! They are the only nut that doesn't give me crazy acidity these days. Plus, cracking them is the only exercise I get now, haha.
