Plums are in season and i have such a craving for the sour ones. But MIL keeps saying sour fruits are not good now. Is that true or can i enjoy them? Im in my first trimester.

Plums are okay, they have vitamins and fiber. I had to watch sugar so i kept fruit portions controlled, a plum or two is fine. If you have any sugar issue just space your fruits out and check with your doctor.
