Poha is like my comfort breakfast and i have it almost daily. Now im 9 weeks and my MIL said avoid it, no idea why. Is it actually fine to keep eating?
Of course, poha is light and easy on the tummy, perfect when you dont feel like heavy food. Add peanuts and some veggies for more nutrition. I ate it almost every other morning.
