We make pulicha keerai at home quite often and i had it yesterday without thinking. Now im wondering if its fine during pregnancy. Anyone from tamil homes who kept eating it normally?
Greens are great, full of iron and folate. Wash them really well and cook properly to avoid any infection. Had keerai dishes often both times, no issue.
We cook keerai often at home and amma said greens are very good during pregnancy. I had it well cooked and washed properly. Just clean the leaves nicely and cook well, it is healthy.
