Can i eat raspberry with chocolate during pregnancy?
Been craving this badly, like a small bowl of raspberries with some dark chocolate. Second trimester and suddenly my mind only wants this combo haha. Just wanna be sure its fine before i give in.
Yeah thats fine in normal amounts. Both my pregnancies I ate fruit and chocolate happily. Just keep the chocolate quantity sensible, especially if your sugar is being monitored.
Sounds like a dreamy combo honestly haha. Fruit and a little chocolate is totally fine, I had similar treats. Just wash the berries well and dont go overboard on the sugar.
It's generally okay but I'll just gently say watch the chocolate part if anyone is on sugar checks like I was. The raspberries are great. Wash properly and enjoy in moderation.
