I love paneer and sometimes just eat it raw with chaat masala. Now im 14 weeks and wondering if raw is safe ya should i always cook it first. Pls clear my doubt.

Why take any risk with raw paneer and end up with food poisoning? Hospital admissions and infection treatments are so expensive, so just fry or boil the paneer properly at home before eating.
