I love raw veggies and used to eat a big salad daily before. Now my MIL keeps saying raw stuff is not good in pregnancy and i should eat everything cooked only. Im so torn yaar, is salad really a problem? what do u all do?
Yes salad is great, just wash the veggies really well to be safe. I ate lots of cucumber, carrot and tomato through both pregnancies. Make it fresh at home and avoid the cut salads sitting outside.
