I really love chikoo and have been craving it badly this week. Just wanted to check if its safe to eat in the 6th month or if i should limit it. Pls share if u had it during pregnancy.
Omg chikoo was my fav in pregnancy, so sweet and filling. I ate it in moderation and it was totally fine. Just wash it well and dont overdo since it is sugary yaar.
At home we always gave chikoo to pregnant ladies for energy, my paati swore by it. I ate it happily in my sixth month. Still I'd say keep variety in fruits and listen to your doctor for any food doubt.
Sapota is fine generally but it is quite sweet, so I had to limit it because of my sugar issue. If you dont have any diabetes, a piece or two is okay. Just keep an eye on portions na.
