Craving some noodles and momos lately but they always have soy sauce. Im not sure if its ok during pregnancy because of the salt and all. Anyone know if i can have it sometimes?
Hello! Most doctors say small amounts of soy sauce are generally fine, especially if it's part of a meal you're cooking at home. The main thing is the sodium content, so if you have any blood pressure concerns, definitely talk to your doctor. Otherwise, an occasional use is unlikely to be an issue.
Soy sauce? Ho na, it's in so many dishes we like. Small amount should be okay, I guess? But it's usually high in salt, so maybe thoda limit karke khao. Best is to ask your gynac, na, for proper guidance. They will know if it's fine for you.
Honestly, for small things like this, a little bit is usually okay. But soy sauce does have a lot of sodium, and some people say processed foods should be limited. If you're generally healthy and it's not a daily thing, probably fine. But if you have high BP or anything, pls ask your gynac.
Beta, haan thoda bohot kha sakte ho agar mann hai toh. Bas har cheez na zyada mat khana. Ghar ka khana sabse accha hota hai. Agar kabhi chinese craving ho, toh thoda sa le lena, koi baat nahi. Bas zyada mat lo jo bahar ka hota hai.
Oh, the cravings during pregnancy are just something else, I totally understand! Wanting a specific taste is so real. Soy sauce usually has a lot of sodium, so maybe a very small amount? But for peace of mind, it's always best to quickly check with your doctor, they'll give you the safest advice for your situation.
