I make upma and halwa quite often and now suddenly someone told me suji is not good when pregnant. Im in my first trimester and a bit confused. Is it actually safe to keep eating?
Yes suji is totally fine and easy on the stomach, I had upma and halwa often. Its light and good when you dont feel like heavy food. Just balance it with protein and veggies too.
Rava is gentle and nice, I made upma when my tummy was sensitive. My family considers it a good light meal. Add some veggies to it for nutrition and you are good.
