I have cough and by mistake someone told me to take Vicks, but I think it is only for applying. I am confused and dont want to do anything unsafe. What do you use for blocked nose?
Beta vicks toh chest pe lagane ya bhaap lene ke liye hota hai, khane ke liye nahi. For a cold I used to do haldi doodh and steam. But for medicine to take inside, only ask ur doctor.
Wait, eat vicks? Vicks is for rubbing or steam, not for eating na. Even the lozenges, dont just pop random things. If u have a cold, ask ur gynac what's safe to take.

For blocked nose I just did steam inhalation and warm fluids, that's safe. Please dont eat vicks. If the cold or cough is bad or with fever, see ur doctor for the right thing.
