Just found out im 6 weeks along and i used to do morning walks and some light yoga before. Now im scared to even bend properly, dont want to do anything that harms the baby. Can i continue or should i stop completely for now?
Please check with your gynac before starting anything. In my case they told me to avoid exercise in early weeks because of some spotting. Every pregnancy is different so dont go by general advice, get your own green signal.
