Im 7 weeks and used to do light workouts before. Now thoda scared ki kahin koi problem na ho if i continue. Is it safe to do some movement in early pregnancy or should i just rest? would love to hear what others did.
Oh, I was so scared to even walk fast in my first trimester! But everyone said mild movement is fine, just please avoid heavy lifting or jumping, it's a very delicate time.
I recently delivered and worked out till my 8th month. In the first trimester, I only did slow walking and pelvic stretches because of mild fatigue, it really helped.
