Can i feel two pulse sound during pregnancy?

Sometimes when i lie down quietly i feel like there is an extra beat near my tummy. Im 6 months now. It's probably just my imagination but it made me curious, has anyone felt this too?

I have twins and even I couldnt feel two pulses by hand, that was all picked up on scan. What you sense is usually your own pulse. Only the ultrasound confirms two heartbeats, trust me na.
