This is going to sound silly but i genuinely dont understand the timing. I got my period normally this month, so is there still a chance i could be pregnant from before or no? Pls explain simply.
Yes once ur periods are regular u can definitely conceive. The fertile days are usually around mid cycle, roughly 12-16 days after period starts. Track ur cycle for couple months to understand ur pattern.
Short answer yes. Regular periods mean u r ovulating, which is needed to conceive. If u r trying for a while without luck though, do see a gynac to check everything is okay.
I was confused about this too! Basically period coming means ur body is cycling normally, which is good for conceiving. Just figure out ur ovulation days, thats the trick.
I had the same doubt when we started trying. Someone told me the days after period ends are the important ones. We started tracking and it really helped understand the timing.
My gynac explained that ovulation happens roughly 2 weeks after period begins and thats ur best window. So yes after period u can conceive, in fact thats when u plan it. She told me to use an ovulation tracker to time it better.
