Noticed some light brown spotting this morning and im exactly 6 weeks. Got really scared since this is my first pregnancy. No pain as such but im planning to call my gynac today. Did anyone else have spotting around this time?
I felt my heart drop when I saw spotting around that time. I rushed to my doctor and turned out it was nothing serious for me, but the reassurance was worth it. Please go get checked, you'll feel calmer.
Some spotting early on can be normal, but at 6 weeks I would definitely ring my doctor, especially if there's any cramping or it's heavy or red. Better to get a quick check and a scan than to guess. Please dont ignore it.
Light spotting at this stage does happen for many, so dont panic straight away. But do call your doctor today and tell her, let her decide if you need a scan. You deserve that peace of mind.
Light spotting can happen and isnt always something bad, I know how scary it feels though. But please, given everything, just call your gynac and let her check, dont sit at home worrying. With my history I always got it looked at to be safe.
It can happen and often it's harmless, but spotting is one thing I'd never just brush off. Note the colour and amount and tell your gynac. If it's bright red, heavy or with pain, go in right away.
