We just started trying and i go to gym regularly for years now. I dont want to stop but bhi not sure if heavy workouts affect chances of conceiving. Anyone continued gym while planning?

My mother always advised me to keep my body moving but avoid anything very heavy or stressful. Instead of an intense gym workout, a calm walk in the park or light stretching at home is so much better for your body and peace of mind.
You can definitely stay active, but don't spend on fancy gym memberships right now. Light exercises at home or regular walks are completely free and just as good. Better to save that gym money for the hospital tests and doctor consultations coming up!
