Mornings im barely able to cook anything because of the queasiness, so corn flakes with milk feels like the easiest option. Just want to be sure its okay to have regularly. Anyone had it through pregnancy?
Actually corn flakes are fine but they dont keep me full, I used to be hungry in one hour. So I added banana and some peanuts on top, much better yaar.
