I add curry leaves in almost all my cooking daily and now that im just 6 weeks i suddenly got worried if its safe so early. someone in my family said avoid certain leaves in early pregnancy. anyone know about kadi patta specifically?
Curry leaves are in almost everything we cook at home and its totally fine in normal cooking amounts. Good for iron and digestion even. I ate them all through my pregnancies, no issue at all.
Yaar as a tadka or in food its completely safe, dont worry. The only thing to avoid is taking huge medicinal amounts of any herb. Normal cooking quantity, eat freely.
Beta kadi patta is good for u, helps digestion and iron. We always used it. Bas dont go taking concentrated herbal doses of it without asking, in food its perfectly fine.
