I love guava with a little salt and chilli powder, its my fav. But someone at home said avoid it during pregnancy and now im not sure why. Anyone here had guava and it was ok?
Guava is great, full of vitamin C and fibre, helps with constipation too. I ate it often both times. Just wash it well and have it fresh, no problem at all.
I loved guava during pregnancy, it kept my digestion smooth. Chew the seeds well or remove them if your tummy is sensitive. Wash it properly and it is a lovely healthy snack.
