I get these strong cravings for khatta stuff and hajmola is my weakness. Had a couple already before i thought to check haha. Is it fine to have once in a while?
The craving for that khatta taste is so real haha. I went for natural tangy stuff like a bit of amla or lemon water instead, felt safer. Had hajmola only once in a while, not as a habit.
Yaar I craved that tangy hajmola so bad in pregnancy too. I had one occasionally, actually it is quite salty and has additives so I kept it rare. Better to ask ur gynac and not make it a daily thing.
These churan type things have salt and various ingredients, so I would just check with the doctor before having them regularly. An odd one occasionally is probably fine, but dont rely on it for acidity. For real digestion issues, ask ur gynac.
