Trying to eat healthier this pregnancy and i love muesli for breakfast. But MIL says all these packaged things are not good and i shouldnt have it. Is it actually fine to eat during pregnancy? what do u all have in the morning?
Yes, muesli is generally very healthy and rich in fiber. Just check the sugar content on the pack, especially if you have a history of insulin resistance or PCOS.
I started eating muesli daily in my second trimester for my constipation, but then I read somewhere that some nuts in it might not be safe. Did anyone else eat it daily?
