Meri saas toh pregnancy me ghee dalti rehti thin, par doctor ne mana kiya weight ke chalte. Gynac ne bola weight loss nahi karna, bas zyada badhne nahi dena hai. Ghar ki extra heavy cheese/ghee limit me rakho.
