Bit shy to ask this but here goes. Im 18 weeks and everything is normal so far, my husband and i were wondering if its okay to be intimate or if we should avoid it completely. What did u all do?
In my case doc had asked me to avoid because of some issues. So it really depends on ur pregnancy. Please confirm with ur gynac before, dont just assume.
Yes in a normal healthy pregnancy its usually fine, I did in both mine. Just be comfortable and gentle. But if doc has told u bed rest or u have any issue, then avoid.
For most normal pregnancies its okay. But if u have spotting, placenta low lying ya any complication, doctor may say no. Best to ask urs once for ur specific case.
