No, once you are pregnant the hormones stop ovulation for those months. Thats why no periods during pregnancy. If u notice any spotting it is something else, just mention it to ur doctor.
My doctor explained that pregnancy hormones pause the whole ovulation cycle. So no new egg is released while you are carrying. Any bleeding during pregnancy is not a period, better to get it checked.
