Im in second trimester and feeling fine, but me and hubby are both unsure if its safe ya we should avoid completely. Bit awkward to ask gynac directly so asking here, what was ur experience?
From my experience, my doctor said it was completely fine as long as everything was progressing normally. Just listen to your body and your doctor's advice carefully. Every pregnancy journey is unique.
