Diwali is coming and everyone at home will be bursting crackers. Im 6 months pregnant and not sure if the noise or smoke is fine for the baby. Should i avoid completely or thoda is ok?
My doctor at the hospital explicitly told me to avoid smoke and loud noise to prevent respiratory issues. It's best to stay indoors during celebrations.
I remember being so anxious about the loud sounds during my pregnancy. It's completely valid to want to participate, but protecting your peace and lungs is better right now.
I stayed far away from crackers when I was pregnant with twins, the smoke and noise was too much! Just sit inside, eat sweets, and let others do the hard work.
Honestly, I don't even have the energy to stand, let alone play with crackers! Best to sit on a comfortable chair inside and enjoy the lights from the window.
