Raising your legs a bit to rest, like putting them up on a pillow, is actually good for swelling. I did it daily in my third trimester. Just dont do intense leg up exercises without asking your doctor.
If you mean gentle leg elevation for rest, totally fine and it helps with swollen feet. But if you mean leg raise exercises, only do them if your prenatal trainer or doctor approves. I stuck to what my doc okayed.
