Pregnancy is a beautiful phase where your body is nurturing a new life, so don't worry about weight gain. Focus on keeping your mind positive and eating wholesome, pure food. God will take care of the rest.
Absolutely do not try to restrict your weight gain, it can harm your baby's development. Your body naturally needs to put on weight for a healthy pregnancy. Eat nutritious food, walk daily, and let your gynac guide you on the healthy range.
Refrain from weight gain? Honestly, that sounds impossible with all the cravings! I am busy enjoying my parathas and ice cream. Just eat healthy, stay active, and don't stress about the scale too much.
Trying not to gain weight is like trying to stop the rain! With twins, I expanded like a balloon, but it was all baby, water, and extra blood. Just eat balanced meals and leave the dieting for after the delivery.
I completely understand the fear of seeing the numbers on the scale go up, it can be really hard on our self-esteem. But please remember your body is doing a wonderful job growing a human. Be gentle with yourself, you are beautiful.
