I run almost daily and we are planning a baby now. Dont want to stop my routine but my saas said running can cause problem. Is it actually ok to continue while ttc?
Haan, I think moderate exercise is generally fine, but listen to your body. If you're a regular runner, continuing shouldn't be an issue, but maybe don't start training for a marathon now. Just keep it light and comfortable.
Hey! Of course you can, don't stress too much about it. If you're already a runner, just continue with your usual routine. Just don't start any super intense new workouts. Listen to your body, that's the main thing!
Running? When trying to conceive? Unless you're running *to* the bedroom, maybe stick to light jogging! Kidding aside, gentle exercise is good, but intense stuff might be worth asking your doc about. Don't push yourself too hard, yaar!
Please be very careful with any strenuous activity. While trying to conceive, it's generally advised to keep exercise moderate. It's always best to discuss your routine with your gynac, especially if you have concerns.
My mother always said to keep active but not overdo anything, even before conception. So a light run is probably okay, but avoid anything that makes you feel too exhausted or out of breath. Just walk more, it's good too.
