Im in my second trimester and we are a bit confused about this, thoda awkward to ask anyone in family. Is it safe na or should we avoid completely? Pls share honestly.
if your scans are all normal and doctor gave green signal, then it is fine. but better to be safe and avoid if u have any pain, because emergency hospital visits can get very expensive.
unless you have placenta previa, bleeding or history of preterm labor, it is completely fine as baby is protected inside the amniotic sac. just check with your gynac during your routine scan to confirm.
