I always slept on my back and now with the bump im confused if its still okay. Im in my 6th month and sometimes I wake up flat on my back. Is this fine ya should I change my position?
Flat sone se thoda parhez karo behan. Humare yahan bolte hain ki hamesha karwat lekar sona chahiye, isse pet pe zor nahi padta. Aap takia lagakar soya karo, aaram milega.
First trimester me chalega, but after that don't sleep flat on your back at all. It puts pressure on your blood vessels and can make you dizzy. Sleep on your left side, it is best for the baby.
Arey nahi yaar, flat mat soyo, especially second trimester ke baad. Left side karwat lekar sona best hota hai, baby ko blood flow acha milta hai na. Try using a pregnancy pillow, bht help milti h.
Sleeping flat on your back after 20 weeks is medically discouraged as the weight of the uterus can compress the vena cava, reducing blood flow to the baby. Sleeping on your left side is highly recommended. Please discuss this with your doctor if you find it hard to change positions.
I felt so uncomfortable sleeping on my side at first because I was a back-sleeper my whole life. But then I read how important left-side sleeping is for the baby's oxygen supply, and I slowly got used to it with pillows. It's tough but worth it.
When I was staying at my mom's place, my mother always put a soft pillow behind my back and one between my knees to keep me from turning flat. Sleeping on the left side is very comfortable and good for baby's blood circulation.
If you sleep flat, you might wake up feeling like a turtle stuck on its back! Seriously though, side sleeping is the way to go. Build a fort of pillows around you so you don't roll over in your sleep.
